ABOUT Frank Geers
Hello, I’m Frank, an Industrial Psychologist who pours his heart and soul into creative and out-of-the-box thinking research.
I’ve been involved in this field since 1995 and have always focused on market research. Before starting my own company in 2012, I successively worked for Alpha Marketing Research, MarketResponse Int. Belgium, Research International and InSites Consulting.
Over the years I’ve completed hundreds of projects and spoken to thousands of people. I’m still excited by every new project and that is why I am still an active moderator.
I must admit I am curious to a fault… But knowing ‘curiosity killed the cat’ I like to be prepared. I am well-organised and I take a pragmatic approach to each project.
I am also certified Lego® Serious Play® facilitator.
What I'm NOT
I’ve only got two hands and there are just 24 hours in a day so I’ve had to surround myself with a stable network of partners, both in Belgium and abroad.
I have a long-standing relationship with a number of freelancers, recruitment agencies, research facilities… believing that respect and long-term relationships generate sustainable trust and consistent quality.
For big and international projects I can fall back on a high-quality network of local and international freelance research professionals. But of course you are always the center of the project: you and your company are the main stakeholders in our research team.
